How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
If you purchase by the actual day before 4pm, you will received your order within 1 day (Town area), 2 – 3 day (Non town area) once your order is confirmed. After 4pm will considerate as the next day of delivery.

How do I place an Order?
Step1. Place your Order
Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’;
Step2. Confirm billing address and delivery address
There are summaries when you “Add to cart” to reconfirm all your order details, and then please confirm your address.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If any cancellation of order needs to be done,you may contact Missi Jewelry customer service at+(62) 821 3558 3980 during our working hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email@example.com within business hours to ensure that the item has not dispatched yet. If the following item has dispatched, cancellation cannot be done anymore.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Registered with us to help you easier and convenient for the ordering process, as we would like to have your billing and shipping information. It also convenient for you to tracking for your order, payment status. You may checkout as a guest user, but you unable to checked your tracking number and order details at out side without as a member.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within seven (7) working days of receipt. The product must be returned in original condition.
Missi Jewelry is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrived to our side. Please retain courier receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
All items must be received by Missi Jewelry in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns.
Your returned products together with your return slip, are usually received and accepted by our side within five (5) days after the drop-off at the post office counters.We will refund customers with a store credit consisting of the value of the product.
